Athletes.com, a 3-time SWASL champion, has not lost a game since almost a year ago, when they failed to defeat Newcastle Utd. 0-1.

During last summer, Athletes was able to accomplish a great treat, they were crowned the undesputed and undefeated men’s over 30 champions with a demolishing 6-1 win over Newcastle Utd. in the final.

More recently, in the current Fall season 2006, Athletes has continued with their winning ways, not only are they undefeated still, they also continue to be in first place since the tournament started back in September.

Only 2 games away from the end of the regular season, Athletes seems to be more than ready to win a 3rd championship in-a-row, an accomplishment that no team has ever achieved in our league.

Last but not least, Athletes is such a great team in the sportsmanship department as well that there is no exact record of their last red card, another very difficult accomplishment to achieve. FELICITACIONES MUCHACHOS!!! Keep up the hard work !
