Match RECAP: Green Machine #2 of Lightning: Peter Klein was cautioned after the first half ended for dissenting my explanation to a call he "did not understand". after many attemps to catch me responding incorrectly i told him the discussion was over. and if he didnt step away from me he would be cautioned. he started to walk away and continued dissenting as he walked and finally broke away from his teammates and ran toward me.he was shown the card and sat out the first 10 mins of the 2nd half. the 2nd half was played with out incedence with this player until after the game he walked quickly towasrds me w/ a female teammate close behind and began yelling questions at me in a very angry and confrontational voice. i was about to show him the 2nd caution when the teammate asked me please not to. I told her to get him off the field or I would have no choice in the matter. She and a few other teammates tried to get ! him to l eave the field. the entire time he was yelling over his shoulder "Your the worst referee." " your the worst f*#&ing referee ever." "your a worse referee than you are Board member..."and so on... I issued the 2nd caution and he became even more irate and charged toward me so fast that my ARs both step in his path and held him back while the rest of his team came and collected him. at which I advised them that this situation could be booked as verbal abuse of a referee and that they don\'t quiet him down he would make the situation worse for himself. I have not decided as to how I will persue the verbal abuse... #2, GreenMachine: Kugel,Horst - was cautioned at the same time as #0, Lightning: Vitrano, Brian- when there was a hard play for the ball(no foul) and Vitrano got in Kugel\'s face, kugel stood his ground and both were on the verge of shoves. I issued both cautions and advised them they were lucky it was not red. they left the field and had no ther problems.
