Match RECAP:  Dragons

Dragon\'s player # 10, Marco Alvineda, was fouled in the penalty box and as I was making the call he insulted me by saying "pinche arbitro" outloud. I awarded the penalty kick in favor of him and proceeded to show him the a red card for abusive language. At half time, Alvineda and the manager for Dragons were trying to convince me that he did not insult me because "Pinche" is not an insult for the player. Of course, he couldn\'t say what the word means to him, 'just a word\. Also, they were trying to get me to decrease the penalty to a yellow card. I am making these remarks because they said they will try to get the penalty dismissed. Dragon\'s player #17,Jose Navas, Elbowed an opposite player and when the ball was about to be played from a throw in (hence, it is Violent Conduct because they ball was not in play).
