| After playing for the best in Scotland and England at clubs like Rangers, Dundee United, Tottenham Hotspurs, and Liverpool, I set my sights on the States following the recent trend of many European greats to give the sport in America some additional flair. Houston seemed like the place to roost as the city possessed a great combination of European and Latin styles, but also remaining distinctly American with pace, hard tackles, and direct play. Many clubs, however, fell short of distinction. In this desire to be unique among many, a new club seemed the best way to grow the sport and passion in the area. Thus, F.C. SuperNova was born to be the next in American greats rivaling only the best that Footballing nations could offer. Long live SuperNova!!! | |
